Answering a question

Three ways to answer a question on the sheet: type it, photograph it on paper, or work it out by drawing.

Beside each question on the sheet are three small buttons. Pick whichever suits the question.

Type it

The keyboard opens a box under the question. It saves as he types. Nothing can be pasted in.

Photograph it

The camera takes a photo of his work on paper. The photo stays on the question, with what was read from it, as he wrote it. If it couldn't be read for sure, it says so; he checks it, or types it instead.

Draw it

The pen opens the assignment's canvas under the question, like the text box. Every question on the sheet is across the top of the canvas, side by side, and he works in the column under each one.

  • Pencil to write (a black line; press the pencil to pick from four weights, thin to thickest), eraser to take something out. Two fingers move around the canvas.
  • The canvas is paper, like the sheet: it stays light at night, when the rest of the site turns dark.
  • Full screen when he wants more room; Close full screen to go back.
  • Done when the working is finished: what's in that question's column is kept on the question as a picture, and read, the same as a photo.

The canvas saves as he draws, so his working is still there next time, under every question.
